- Proof of student status for students, or relevant qualifications and professional experience for specialists.
- A brief statement describing the applicant’s interest in or contribution to the field of artificial intelligence.
- A recent personal photograph for the membership profile.
For Institutions
- An official profile of the institution and its activities.
- A copy of the registration certificate or other key legal documents.
- A statement outlining areas of work or projects related to artificial intelligence.
- An official letter designating the institution’s authorized representative for communication.
- Official contact information and the institution’s website.
- Complete the online membership application form and attach the required documents.
- Verify the completeness of the submitted information and the validity of the provided documents.
- Review and evaluate the application by the designated Membership Committee.
- Notify the applicant of the application outcome and complete the applicable fee payment upon approval.
- Activate the membership, issue the membership credentials, and send the member’s introductory package.
